Pipe Stands
Smithweld pipe stands give you the option of steel or rubber wheels to suit your specific application. With load rated stand wheels and elevated, rotatable roller heads, the safe handling and welding of pipes just got that much easier. Multiple roller wheels give a pipe capability of between 300 – 600 mm & SWL of 600 Kg per stand. Suitable for use on all Smithweld equipment
Pipe/Lath Chucks
Our range of pipe & lathe chucks are capable of holding pipes, flanges and miter bend sections, “Lobster Backs”, from 50 mm up to 1800 mm in diameter. In the lighter gauge pipe chucks we have the quick release options for more rapid set up. We also have three and four jaw clamping options available. For more information please contact us.
Pre-Heat Burner Systems
Smithweld Pre-Heat Burners, offer a low-cost, reliable & efficient method for preheating by using the FREE oxygen in the atmosphere. The Burners have specially designed mounting clamps to allow various applications without the need to manually hold the torch. The Burner heads can also be adjusted to almost any direction.
Welding Gun/Torch Support & Alignment System
The Smithweld Elite Triple Axis, Gun/ Torch Support & Alignment System has an almost unlimited positioning capability. Made from durable spatter proof Aluminium, it is extremely robust has a smooth operation and is almost maintenance free. As the name suggests it can move a welding head in the X – Y – Z axis and keep it there. It fits all Smithweld Rotator & Positioner products.
